Aashak( The best delicious food of Afghanistan)

Ingredients :
- Flour- Egg
- Salt
- Oil
- Leek washed, finely chopped gandana or leeks.
- Red pepper
- Yogurt (chaka)
- Cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- Dry Ground mint
For The Meat Sauce
- Onions, finely chopped
- Minced beef or lamb
- Tomato juice or water
- Salt and black pepper
Recipe :
Cut and Chopped leeks very fine and wash it.
After that, add salt and mix it. sift the flour and prepare the dough, then add water and mix it until it gets sticky and holds together.and can cut round pieces. When you made the circles in the flatted dough, get the circles and add on one side the leek. Fold the other side on this side with leek and you made a moon.
Pour water in pan and the leek-dough-moons (ashak) you made. Set it on a medium temperature.After 5/10 minutes cooking.
Steam Ashak with Boil Water
Put the Ashak you made on a dish and add tomato sauce (look at other recipes) on it. Put yoghourt on it and add oil finally with the fresh mint leaves & pepper powder.
