How to cook Golgappa(Pani Puri)

Ingredients for Golgappa :

* Unroasted Sooji(rava or semolina)
* Baking soda
* All purpose flour (Maida)
* Water as required
* Salt as much as necessary
* Oil


How to make the recipe :

1- Take sojji, maida, baking soda and salt in a bowl mixed well.
 


2- Add water in small incremental quantities and bind stiff dough
3- Cover it with a damp cloth and keep aside for 25 minutes.after that knead it finely
4- Divide dough into 4 equal portions and give it a round shape like ball
.




5- Heat oil in a deep frying pan, take 4-5 puris in oil until crispy and light golden brown.
