How to cook Leek Bolani


 Chives/Leek Bolani(بولانی گندنه)

Ingredients:

* Plain Flour
* Warm Water
* Fresh chive
* Salt
* Dry coriander
* Cuimin
* Fresh green chilli
* Oil

Instructions :

Mix flour and salt together. Gradually (while mixing) add  water and oil until dough forms a ball. If the dough is too dry, add more water one tablespoon at a time.




* Wash the Chives/leek and chopped, After that finely mix with cumin, salt,dry coriander,fresh green chilli.......



* Kneading the dough and Leek filled over it.



* Pour a spoon of oil on the pan surface and heat, place bolani on hot pan top to cook, flipping until both sides are golden brown.



* Crisp and golden bolani with Dugh
