How to Cook Chapli Kabab



Ingredients for Chapli Kabab :

* Minced Mutton
* Garlic/Ginger
* Onion (Chopped)
* Carrot (Chopped)
* Potato
* Dried Green Chili powder
* Coriander (Chopped)
* Eggs
* Coriander Seeds powder
* Cumin powder
* Oil 
* Salt- to taste

Recipe:

* Mix well all the ingredients in the mince.



* Keep aside for 1/2 hour
* Roll the mixture in round balls.
* Heat oil for shallow frying.




 * Shallow fry the kababs till golden brown from both the sides.
