How to Cook Fried Ashak (آشک سرخ کرده)

Ingredients for Fried Ashak (آشک سرخ کرده) :

- Leek
- Tomato
- Salt
- Oil
- Coriander Seed
- Flour
- Egg
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Papper




How to make the fried ashak (آشک سرخ کرده) recipe :

- Cut and Chopped leeks very fine and wash it.


- After that, add salt and mix it. sift the flour and prepare the dough, then add water and mix it until it gets sticky and holds together.and can cut round pieces. When you made the circles in the flatted dough, get the circles and add on one side the leek. Fold the other side on this side with leek and you made a moon.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan put Ashaks  in oil until crispy and light golden brown.



- Make tomato sauce for it




- Put it in a plate spread tomato sauce on it.
